My thoughts

When file is split into parts less than 4GB in size, you will have no issues copying or move the file to the destination drive.

The Tcpip.sys file is a driver file that is associated with the Transmission Control Protocol over Internet Protocol. When you see this kind of BSOD error, you may see any of the following error descriptions:

• KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
• PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

• After that, make sure that you’re on the Driver tab and if you are not, just navigate to it then click the Roll Back Driver button to switch back to the previous version of your Network adapters.
• Now restart your computer to successfully apply the changes made.

Option 4 – Try to update the Network drivers

You might also want to try updating all your network drivers in order to fix the Tcpip.sys Blue Screen error. To do so, here’s what you have to do:
