If this happens, click on Cancel to close the dialog box. After that, try running the Disk Cleanup Tool again as administrator and check if the files that you want to clean is still there or not. Option 1 – Try to manually delete the contents in the SoftwareDistribution folder

• Open the WinX Menu.
