There are two options to address error code 0xC004C003 — either restore to the previous Windows Operating System or call Microsoft (or visit their Website) and purchase a product key. • Then also click on the option, “Search automatically for updated driver software.
• Restart your PC after the installation.

Note: If updating the Audio driver didn’t work, you can go to the website of your PC manufacturer and look for the support section where you can download the drivers for your computer. You just need to take note of your PC’s correct model and model number so you can find the appropriate driver.

Option 3 – Try removing and reinstalling the sound card

If option 1 didn’t work, you can also try to remove and reinstall the sound card of your computer to fix the high-pitched sound coming from your computer’s speakers.

• To get started, tap on the Windows key + R to pull up the Run box.
• Next, type in “MSC” in the box to open the Device Manager.
• After opening the Device Manager, go to the “Sound, video, and game controllers” option then right-click on the sound card.
• Finally, click on Uninstall and tick the box with a label that says, “Delete the driver software for this device” and close the Device Manager.
• Restart your computer and check if the problem’s fixed or not.

Note: After you restart your computer, the system should reinstall the speaker automatically. But if it does not reinstall, you can follow the aforementioned steps again to go to the Device Manager. From there, go back to “Sound, video, and Game Controllers” and right-click on the sound card. After that, enabling the sound card and restart your computer once more. That should fix the problem.

Option 4 – Try updating the Intel Smart Sound Technology Audio Control driver

If the three options given above didn’t fix the error, you might want to try updating the Intel Smart Sound Technology Audio Control driver. To do so, follow these steps:

• Tap the Win + X keys and select the Device Manager option from the menu.
• Next, scroll down and click on the System Devices option and select the “Intel Smart Sound Technology Audio Control” option.
• Then right-click on it and select the “Update driver” option.
• After a couple of seconds, the wizard will look for an available driver and will automatically update it.
• Restart your computer and see if the error is now fixed.

Since Windows 10 introduced the concept of notifications, almost any application installed on your computer sends you one. However, there are times when too many notifications can be quite annoying. Although some of them are important, most of them are not and are only getting in the way of your tasks. So if you don’t like to be flooded with tons of notifications on your Windows 10 computer, say no more as this post will help you out in disabling notifications for any apps installed. This new feature also allows you to disable all notifications except for the ones from important or priority apps. So if there is an application that keeps on spamming you with notifications, you can just disable the notifications for that application.

To get started on disabling notifications, refer to the steps given below.

• Step 1: Go to Settings > System.
• Step 2: From there, open Notifications and actions and then scroll down to the “Get notifications from these apps” section.
• Step 3: After that, look for the application that you want to disable notifications for and click on the toggle button that corresponds to disabling notifications for that application. You could also click open to explore additional settings for that particular application.

Note: You can disable notifications or just the notification banners, your choice. Aside from that, you can also control the notification sound as well as its behavior when the computer screen is locked. What’s more, is that you can also adjust the number of notifications displayed in the Action Center or select the priority applications. As stated earlier, Windows 10 gives you control that allows you to customize every nook and cranny of the notification on your Windows 10 computer. • Right-click the Wireless Network Adapter and select the option to “Uninstall device”
• You will be given a confirmation in a new separate window to proceed. Click “Uninstall” to proceed.
• After completing the previous steps, try rebooting your Windows PC and reconnecting to see if it works.

A third step is to disable the 802.1 1n modes of your network adapter by following the next steps:

• First press the Windows logo key and the X key at the same time to bring up the quick-access menu. And like the previous step, select “Device Manager”
• From the list of devices, select “Network Adapters”
• Right-click the Wireless Network Adapter from the drop-down menu and select properties
• Under properties, select the “Advanced” tab then select the 802.1 1n Mode. To the right drop-down menu change the option to  “Disabled” and click “Ok”
• After, try to re-establish the connection to see if the steps have worked.

In the event that any of the preceding did not fix your problem, it helps to take a second look at the router and network settings using the interface provided by your ISP. A simple reset to the back of your router often fixes the issue. Also, try to check if you have any other administrative capabilities over the network to determine whether your device, in particular, has been MAC filtered or if the frequency of your wireless adapter is not compatible with the broadcast frequency of your router.
