Another option if you are not keen on installing third-party tools or formating is to divide large files into smaller ones that are less than 4GB in size. You can use any archiving application since built-in Windows ZIP support will not let you split file into various different sizes. When file is split into parts less than 4GB in size, you will have no issues copying or move the file to the destination drive.
