1. Wait an hour

3. Sing out and then sign back in

In the confirmation dialog box, select Sign Out. The Creative Cloud apps and services associated with your account are deactivated on the computer. Sign in again to your Adobe account. 4. Update creative cloud applications

   Open the Creative Cloud desktop app. (Select the icon in your Windows taskbar or the macOS menu bar.) Depending on your version of the Creative Cloud desktop app, do one of the following: On the Help menu, select Check for updates. or
   Select the three vertical dots icon in the upper-right corner of the app. Choose Check for App Updates from the menu. If you aren’t using the latest version of your Creative Cloud app, an update prompt appears next to it on the apps list. Select Update.

5. Remove entries in the HOSTS file

   If the previous solutions do not work, your computer could have trouble connecting to Adobe's activation servers. This could be because of an incorrectly configured Operating System hosts file (Operating system hosts files map host names to IP addresses). To solve this issue, try removing Adobe-related entries from the hosts file. You can remove the Adobe-related entries from the hosts file in two ways: Automatically repair the hosts file using the Limited Access Repair tool: Repair the hosts file using the Limited Access Repair tool. With this method, you do not have to manually edit the hosts file -- the tool automatically repairs the file. Reset the hosts file manually: If the issue is not fixed even after you run the Limited Access Repair tool, reset the hosts file manually: To reset the hosts file on Windows, do the following: Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc. Open the hosts file with a text editor such as Notepad. Check for any Adobe-related entries in the hosts file. If there are Adobe-related entries in the hosts file, move the file to the desktop, for example by dragging. Delete the Adobe-related entries from the hosts file. Make sure that you do not delete any other entries. Save the hosts file that you edited in the previous step. The updated hosts file should not have any Adobe-related entries. Move the file from desktop to the original location: C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc. When moving the file, select the Replace option. To reset the hosts file on macOS, do the following: To find the hosts file, open Finder and then choose to Go > Go to Folder. In the box, type the following location and then press Return: /private/etc/hosts If you are unable to locate the file, it means that the hosts file is hidden. Type the following command in terminal to unhide the file, and then repeat Step 1. chflags nohidden /etc/hosts Open the hosts file using a text editor such as Text Edit. Check for any Adobe-related entries in the hosts file. If there are Adobe-related entries in the hosts file, move the file to the desktop, for example by dragging. Delete the Adobe-related entries from the hosts file. Make sure that you do not delete any other entries. Save the hosts file that you edited in the previous step. Move the file from the desktop to the original location: /private/etc/hosts. When moving the file, select the Replace option.

• After that, you will see a confirmation box and from there, click on the Reset settings button to reset your Google Chrome browser.

Option 2 – Try to disable the Hardware Acceleration

For better performance, Google Chrome uses the Hardware Acceleration by default. Unfortunately, there are just some cases when your hardware, GPU to be specific, might not be able to cope with the requirements, resulting in the black screen issue. And if this is your case, you should try to disable the hardware acceleration from your Google Chrome browser settings panel. To do so, follow the steps below.

• Open the Google Chrome settings page.
• Click on the Advanced button to get more options.
• Look for the option called “Use hardware acceleration when available” and then disable it by toggling the button to the left.
• After that, check if the screen flickering issue in Chrome is fixed.

Option 3 – Try to disable “Smooth Scrolling” in Chrome

Disabling “Smooth Scrolling” in Chrome might also help you fix the issue. To do so, follow these steps:

• Open Chrome and type “chrome://flags” and hit Enter.
• Next, look for a flag named “Smooth Scrolling”. You can scroll down until you find it or search it in the Search Flag bar. Note that Smooth Scrolling is enabled by default in the newer versions of Chrome.
• After that, select the drop-down menu and select Disabled.
• Then click on the “Relaunch Now” button.

Method 1 - Remove All Malicious Programs

Malicious programs like viruses, malware, adware, Trojan and spyware can corrupt programs on your PC like Windows Installer. If this is the underlying cause of error code 2753, then simply download a powerful antivirus on your system. Run it to scan for all such malicious programs and remove them. Once your PC is clean, try installing your desired program. This will hopefully resolve the issue. If the error still pops up then try method 2.

Method 2 - Register Windows Installer Properly

To do this, go to the start menu and then open Run and type ‘cmd’ in the box, and press OK. This will open the DOS command window. In the command prompt type "regsvr32 vbscript.dll" and then press Enter to proceed. After that, you will see a message that will read as "DllRegisterServer in vbscript.dll succeeded." This means Window Installer files have been successfully registered on your PC.  Now you can try installing your desired program again. If the installation begins and completes successfully, then the error is resolved.

Method 3 - Undo Recent Changes

If nothing works, then use the Windows System Restore Utility tool to undo recent changes. This will bring back your PC in the former state before you experienced the error 2753 on your PC. To access System Restore Utility, press Start and type System Restore in the search box. Now follow the steps in the Wizard to choose a restore point. Once you select the point, reboot your system to activate changes.

If you suddenly encountered Error Code 0xc1900130 while trying to update your Windows 10 computer, read on for this post will help you fix the problem.   • net stop wuauserv
  • net stop cryptsvc

Note: The commands you entered will stop the Windows Update components such as Windows Update service, Cryptographic services, BITS, and MSI Installer.

• After disabling WU components, you need to rename both the SoftwareDistribution and Catroot2 folders. To do that, type each one of the following commands below, and don’t forget to hit Enter after you type one command after the other.
  • ren C:WindowsSoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
  • ren C:WindowsSystem32catroot2 Catroot2.old
• Next, restart the services you’ve stopped by entering another series of commands. Don’t forget to hit Enter after you key in one command after the other.
  • net start wuauserv
  • net start cryptsvc
  • net start bits
  • net start msiserver
• Close Command Prompt and reboot your PC.

Option 2 – Try configuring the Windows Update-related Services

• Tap the Win + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
• Then type “cmd” in the field and tap Enter to open an elevated Command Prompt.
• Next, execute the following commands. Note that you have to type and enter each command one after the other.
  • SC config wuauserv start= auto
  • SC config bits start= auto
  • SC config cryptsvc start= auto
  • SC config trustedinstaller start= auto
• The commands you executed will make sure that the Windows Update-related services are available. Once it’s done, restart your computer and see if the Windows Update error is now fixed.

Option 3 – Try downloading and installing the Windows Updates manually

Windows Upgrade Error Code 0xc1900130 might be due to a Windows Update that has failed. Windows 10 have various troubleshooters that can help you resolve many system issues. If connecting your device to USB 3.0 or 3.1 ports didn’t work, you might want to try connecting it to a slower USB port this time. There are times when the device is not capable of supporting the higher power supply from a USB 3.0 or 3.1 port which is why the weak circuits do not work properly. Although there are other GUI-based utilities used to manage the Local Users and Groups, there are some system administrators that would still like to use the command-line utility to manage these Local Users and Groups. Option 1 – Manage the Local Users via Windows PowerShell

• If you want to display all the User Accounts of a specific group, just use the “Get-LocalGroupMember –Group ‘ ’” cmdlet.
• Now if you want to remove a local user account from a group, all you have to do is use the “Remove-LocalGroupMember -Group '<NAME OF THE GROUP>' –Member <NAME OF THE LOCAL USER ACCOUNT>” cmdlet.

• Tap the Win + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
• Next type in “dxdiag” in the field and click OK or hit Enter to open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
• From there, you can see what type of Nvidia graphics card that your system is on.
• Take note of your graphics card information and then look for the best drivers for your operating system. Once you’ve downloaded and installed the file, restart your PC.

The first time I saw this mouse I was not really impressed with its looks and somehow I thought it will not feel good. All of that being said I will admit that using it for gaming is still not an option for me, someone might find it ok, especially if they play some games that do not need to be responsive like strategies or similar but for RTS and FPS I will still stick to the typically shaped mouse. Windows Setup in Continuous Reboot Loop – What is it?

After upgrading to Windows 10 operating system from Windows 7 or Windows 8/8.1, a lot of Windows users are complaining about the Windows setup in a continuous reboot loop. The computer would just keep on rebooting every time the machine is booted and this incites frustration for a lot of Windows users.

4. From the ProfileList IDs, remove anything with ProfileImagePath in it.
5. Close Regedit then reboot. By this time, the KB3081424 should properly install.

Method Three: Perform A Startup Repair

Another thing you can try to solve the Windows setup in continuous reboot loop problem is to perform a startup repair from a working computer.

1. Ensure that all unnecessary devices are disconnected from your computer as your computer might detect them.
2. If you are connected to a network, you need to disconnect from this as well.
3. On a working computer, download the Windows 10 ISO then you can perform a startup repair.
4. Boot your computer from the Windows 10 DVD.

To change your BIOS option to boot from the Windows 10 DVD, follow these steps:

1. Boot your computer then press the F2 function key to enter setup.

NOTE: You must do this quickly since the BIOS loads rapidly.

2. Once you’re inside the BIOS, navigate to the Boot Configuration screen. On this screen, you’ll be able to change the first device to be loaded.
3. Go to Removable Devices then hit Enter. Removable devices could either be a thumb drive or DVD. Select DVD to put it at the top and be the first boot device.
4. Save your changes by pressing on the F10 function key. A setup confirmation box will appear with a message Save configuration changes and exit now. Select Yes.
5. Exit BIOS by pressing on the ESC key. You should be prompted to boot from the Windows 10 DVD at this point.
