Option 3 – Try to uninstall and reinstall Office If neither of the two given options above worked, then you might want to uninstall Office and reinstall it. All you have to do is download the Microsoft Office Uninstall tool from the official site of Microsoft and run it. This will remove any incomplete Office installation as well as unwanted files. Option 1 – Free up disk space using Storage Sense

• Open Setting > System > Storage from the WinX Menu.
• From there, you will see a list of all the local and connected storage devices along with the details on the free space. Make sure that Storage Sense is on.

• Once you found it, right-click on it and select the “Run as administrator” option.
• After that, try to execute the Diskpart operation once again. Note that you also have to specify different size & offset values for the partitioning and then see if you still encounter the same error.

Option 3 – Try to execute the DISKPART clean command

The next thing you can try is to execute the clean command in DISKPART to fix any issues in the disk.

• Open Command Prompt with admin privileges.
• Then execute this command: diskpart
• The command you entered will initiate the DISKPART utility. Now execute this second command to view all the disk connects or all the partitions on those disks formed: list disk
• After that, you need to select one command depending on the list command you executed and then execute this third command: select disk #
• The third command you just executed will select the disk or partition you want to select. Now execute this fourth command: clean
• The command you entered will remove all the volumes or partitions formatting the disk in focus.
• Once it’s done, try to carry out the DISKPART operation you were trying to execute.

Option 4 – Try to update the USB drivers

Outdated USB drivers can also be the reason why you’re getting the error. Thus, you must update them from time to time. You can install the latest version of the USB driver for your system. But you need to check the manufacturer’s website or guidelines to update the driver according to your system. If it happens that the drivers might not be compatible with the version of the system your laptop is using which is unlikely, you can run the driver software in Compatibility Mode in that kind of situation. To update your USB drivers, follow these steps:

• Tap the Win + R keys to launch Run.
• Type in devmgmt.msc into the box and tap Enter or click OK to open the Device Manager.
• After that, look for the USB Serial Bus controllers from the list of device drivers displayed. If you see a red or yellow sign that shows up against the driver, right-click on the driver’s name and select “Update Driver Software”. And if you find any “Unknown device”, you need to update it as well.
• Select the “Search automatically for updated driver software” option and then follow the instructions to complete the process.

Option 5 – Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter or the USB troubleshooter

You can find the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter under the Troubleshooters section of the Windows Settings panel on your Windows 10 PC. You can use this troubleshooter to fix common hardware and external device-related issues without exerting too much effort. If you don’t know where to find it, follow these steps:

• Tap the Win + I keys to open the Windows Settings.
• Next, navigate to Update & Security > Troubleshoot.

This is a common Device Manager Error Code that users encounter. It is commonly found on all Windows 2000 and later versions of Windows operating systems. Error Code 36 is usually prompted by the following message:

"This device is requesting a PCI interrupt but is configured for an ISA interrupt (or vice versa). Please use the computer's system setup program to reconfigure the interrupt for this device. (Code 36)"

Error Code 36 occurs when there is a failure in IRQ translation due to your Windows operating system getting corrupted. This is caused due to a number of triggers, such as:

• An excess of startup entries
• Errors in registries
• RAM or hardware failure

Method 1 – Change IRQ reservation settings

Changing the IRQ reservation settings is the best way you can rely on to fix the error code. You can do this by changing the BIOS settings of your PC.

The BIOS stands for ‘Basic Input/Output System’ and is the program of your PC’s microprocessor that allows your PC to boot after you switch it on.

Caution needs to be exercised before changing the BIOS settings of your PC. This is because every PC’s BIOS version differs from another and any wrong attempt to change the settings may make matters worse.

This particular error is a Windows Update Error that appears on the Windows Update pane every time an update fails to install. Option 1 – Try to clear the Windows Update Cache/Distribution Folder

As mentioned earlier, a lot of users tried clearing the Windows Update cache to fix the problem and so far it has worked. Like them, you can try clearing the Windows Update cache by simply deleting the contents of the folder named “SoftwareDistribution” since Windows apparently can’t clear and re-download the update contents once they are corrupted. Thus, deleting the contents of this folder will make Windows download the contents again which will fix the problem. To do that, follow the steps below.

• Step 1: Tap the Windows key once.
• Step 2: Next, type in “command prompt” in the Windows Start Search, and from the search results that appear, right-click on Command Prompt and select the “Run as administrator” option from the context menu.
• Step 3: After opening Command Prompt, type in “net start wuauserv” and hit Enter.
• Step 4: Then type in “rmdir %windir%SoftwareDistribution /S /Q” and hit Enter.
• Step 5: Now type in “net start wuauserv” and hit Enter. Once it’s done, try updating your Windows PC again, it should now work just fine.

Option 2 – Update Windows via ISO file

If option 1 didn’t work for you, you can try this second option of updating your Windows 10 computer using an ISO file which means that you will have to create a Windows 10 bootable media and use it to install the latest Windows 10 version. The most user reported that this option works and the reason why it does have something to do with the Windows Update client since the Windows Updates downloaded from the regular Windows Update client seems to create issues such as the error 0x80240034. However, issues like this one don’t occur when the very same Windows Updates are downloaded and installed via an ISO file. Take note that when using a Windows ISO file, you will be asked to choose what you want to do with the previous settings and apps. A lot of users opted for the “Not to keep the old Windows settings” option which has resolved the issue. So if you want to keep the previous settings then you must try to update Windows first while keeping the old settings. • Press ⊞ WINDOWS + R to open the run dialog
• Inside run dialog type in Control panel and press ENTER
• In the control panel locate programs and features group and double click on it
• Locate Origin, click to select it, and on top click on uninstall
• After uninstall process is completed start file explorer and go to the folder where Origin was installed, by default it is C:\Program Files (x86). Locate the Origin folder and delete it.
• Go to the official origin website and download the new client installation.
• After the download is finished double click on it and follow onscreen instructions.

Disable antivirus

If every solution so far has not been able to remove error then obviously something else is interfering with the origin client and installation functioning. Altho not advisable, turn OFF your security suite including both firewall and antivirus and try installing the game again. As you know, Windows allows you to share files between systems that are on the same network even though they are not connected physically. All you have to do is to make sure that the folder administrator allows access to the intended use and that your computer should be connected to the internet. Once you meet these conditions, you can share files between systems. However, recently a number of users reported that despite fulfilling these conditions, they end up getting errors instead when they try to access the shared drive. The error states:

“Error code: 0x80070035. The network path was not found.”

One of the common causes of this error is the antivirus program or the Firewall installed on your computer. It could also be that the drive is not shared in the first place or there are some issues with your network drivers. Whichever the case is, here are some potential fixes you need to check out to fix the Error code: 0x80070035.

Option 1 – Try to temporarily disable anti-virus and Windows Defender Firewall

As mentioned, the error could be due to the antivirus program or the Windows Defender Firewall installed on your computer. Thus, disabling them or any security software installed in your computer is always a good idea you can try when you’re not able to access the shared drive on your computer. • Tap the Win + R keys to launch the Run dialog box.
• Type “cmd” in the field and tap Enter to open Command Prompt.
• Next, type the “ipconfig/all” command and tap Enter to execute it. This will populate various details.
• From the given details, take note of the IPv4 address.
• Afterward, open Command Prompt on the primary computer and then type the “ping <IPv4 address of the target computer>” command and hit Enter.
• Now check if you get 4 confirmation replies or not. If not, you can try to access the Network Adapter Troubleshooter.
