What is Error Code 37?

Others who have spoken against this feature are people from the WebKit development team inside Apple. Ryosuke Niwa, an Apple software engineer who works on WebKit said:

That doesn’t seem like a strong enough use case for this API. For starters, there is no guarantee that the user won’t immediately come back to the device. Also, who is such a service supposed to know what another device user might be using at any given point? We’re definitely not going to let a website know all the devices a given user might be using at any given point. That’s a very serious breach of the said user’s privacy. It seems to me that such a suppression/distribution mechanism is best left for the underlying operating systems/web browsers to handle.

Option 6 – Try to use the Group Policy Editor

• Tap the Win + R keys to open the Run dialog box
• Then type “gpedit.msc” in the field and hit Enter or click OK to open the Group Policy Editor.
• Next, navigate to this setting: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Logon
• After that, double click on “Turn on convenience PIN Sign-in” and set its radio button to Enable. This policy setting has the following description:

“This policy setting allows you to control whether a domain user can sign in using a convenience PIN. If you enable this policy setting, a domain user can set up and sign in with a convenience PIN. If you disable or don’t configure this policy setting, a domain user can’t set up and use a convenience PIN. Note: The user’s domain password will be cached in the system vault when using this feature. To configure Windows Hello for Business, use the Administrative Template policies under Windows Hello for Business.”

• After you set the radio button to Enable, it will turn on the Logins using the PIN. Note that setting the radio button to Disabled or Not Configured will turn off the Logins using the PIN.
• Now exit the Group Policy Editor and restart your PC so that the changes can take effect.

I do not know about you, but I prefer to set my Windows to be more to my liking and not how Microsoft thinks it should be. Let’s face it, not all users feel comfortable whit Microsoft settings and idea how things should be. One of the things I particularly did not like even in Windows 10 is icons that come by default on my taskbar, now so far, well until the latest Windows 11 update you could remove default taskbar icons the same way as in Windows 10, just right-click on them and unpin, sadly with latest update build on Windows 11 this option has been removed. In order to remove default icons from the taskbar, one must go now to Windows 11 settings and choose from there which one you would like to be placed on it. Of course, this is nothing game-breaking but it still feels strange why the standard option has been removed, it just makes no sense but lately not many things that come from Microsoft do. I do not know about you, but I prefer to set my Windows to be more to my liking and not how Microsoft thinks it should be. Let’s face it, not all users feel comfortable whit Microsoft settings and idea how things should be. Microsoft has released Windows 11 as a public beta release for all the people that are not willing to be in the insider program. Beta release as of this moment is identical to Insider Preview build 22000.100. and updates will not roll so fast as in insider preview and it is marked as unstable release, same as insider build. I would not install Windows 11 beta on the main PC since some drivers still have issues and may lead to some blue screens. Be aware that the beta build will have all Windows 11 system requirements including TPM 2.0. This is a big difference from insider build which can be installed on systems lacking official requirements. So basically if you have a spare PC that could run Windows 11 install it so you can see what it brings and feel it so you can make a decision will upgrade once it is released later this year.
