Error Code 0x80072F8F manifests in one main way. It is known to appear as early as Windows 7, and mainly deals with an error that occurs in the update process, or when the computer is trying to connect to the online activation service. It can appear when the activation fails to verify the product key. The error code will present itself when the system realizes that the PC's date and time are incorrect. Error Code 0x80072F8F will also appear if the computer has determined that the time zone settings on the computer are not accurate.
When Windows is going through the installation process and is verifying all of the information associated with the computer, Error Code 0x80072F8F will arise, indicating that the information in the computer's settings is not valid. Correct times and dates are necessary when using serial validation keys to install Windows. When these settings are outside of the tolerated window, the problem will arise.

As you know, the Windows Powershell is a very important tool in Windows 10, and a powerful one at that since you can do a lot of things using this command line. So while you use this tool you need to populate the list of available features first and then you have to download the feature your desired feature.
Search for PowerShell in the Cortana search box and then run it with administrator privileges.
Next, type in the following command to populate the list of available features:

After that, enter the following command to install any feature you want to enable from the list of available features:
You also have the option to fetch the latest features from an updated offline source. The source could be an ISO any other type of image or just a folder. So you need to decide if you want to use Windows Powershell or Command Prompt.

If you want to use Windows Powershell, use this command: Install-WindowsFeature –Source “<Enter the path of the feature here>”
Note: If you want to get the latest features, you need to get the latest version of the image of the operating system that you are trying to install the feature from.

One of the most common problems you could encounter in Firefox is mostly related to HTTPS and one of them is the MOZILLA PKIX ERROR MITM DETECTED or ERROR SELF SIGNED CERT or SEC ERROR UNKNOWN ISSUER error which means that Firefox was unable to trust certificates issued on secured websites.
If you encounter the MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_MITM_DETECTED error in Firefox, this indicates that something in your network or system is interrupting your connection and injecting certificates and when that happens, Firefox won’t trust it. In such cases, one of the culprits is malware. Malware will try to replace a legitimate certificate with its certificate. Another cause is security software where it keeps a tab on a secure connection and creates a false positive, for instance:

To check to see if there is an active proxy, simply press the Windows key together with the “R” key and type in the command “cmd”, then when the prompt opens up, type in the following command: “netsh winhttp import proxy source=ie”. From the box that follows, if you see a message saying that there has been an error writing in the proxy settings and that access has been denied, it means that you can turn off the proxy setting in your Internet Explorer and the error will go away on its own.
If you do not have an active proxy, it is time to check and see whether your DLL dependencies are properly set up. To do so, open up the command prompt again by pressing the Windows key and “R” key at the same time and typing in “cmd”. Once the command prompt is active, simply typing in “regsvr32 Officevalidator.dll”, then attempt to resume your installation once it has been complete.
In some cases, you may need to restart your computer before attempting the Windows installation process.
Method Two: Turn Off Firewalls and Antivirus Software Before Installing
If the above method did not successfully resolve the problem, you can go into your control panel and turn off any firewalls or antivirus programs that may be interfering with your ability to complete the Windows installation process. Depending on the programs that you use for your antivirus needs, you may need to restart your computer before you reattempt to do the installation process.
You should be able to turn your firewall and antivirus programs back on once the installation process has run through to completion.
In most cases, taking the steps above will fully resolve the appearance of Error Code 0x8000222 on your Windows 10 machine.
Method Three: Use An Automated Tool
If you wish to always have at your disposal a utility tool to fix these Windows 10 and other related issues when they do arise, download and install a powerful automated tool.
Windows 10 has a lot of several useful features and one of them is the Nearby Sharing feature. You can access this feature by going to Start > Settings > System > Shared experiences. From there, switch on the Nearby Sharing option and select the folder where you want to download the files to. This feature is really useful as it allows you to share files. However, there were reports from a number of users recently stating that Nearby Sharing is not working on their Windows 10 computers.

Option 2 – Verify if Bluetooth supports low energy mode
Although low energy mode is not really necessary in using Nearby Sharing, there are some Bluetooth terminals that support low energy mode which makes a lot of difference. Thus, you need to check if Bluetooth in your computer supports low energy mode by following these steps:
Tap the Win + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
Next, type “devmgmt.msc” in the field and tap Enter to open the Device Manager.
After that, expand the list of Bluetooth adapters, and then right-click on your adapter and select Properties.
Go to the Details tab and select Bluetooth radio supports Low Energy Central Role from the drop-down menu and if its value says “<true>”, it means that your Bluetooth supports low energy mode, otherwise, it doesn’t.
If your Bluetooth does not support low energy mode, then you might want to consider purchasing an external one.
Option 3 – Try bringing the devices closer
Nearby Sharing might not work if your devices are not close enough. Thus, you need to bring your devices closer together and see if it fixes the problem. And when you do, make sure that Network Sharing is switched on for all the concerned devices.
Option 4 – Make sure that you’re using Bluetooth version 4.0 or later
For you to use the Nearby Sharing feature, you have to make sure that the adapter for all the concerned devices is using Bluetooth version 4.0 or later. So if one of the devices or if all the devices are not using this version or later versions, then you must buy an external Bluetooth adapter for you to enjoy the Nearby Sharing feature.
One of the useful things you can use on your laptop is touchpads. However, not all times touchpad brings productivity as it can also encounter some issue every now and then. One of these issues has been reported on a couple of Lenovo laptops that use touchpad drivers from the Alps Pointing Device. According to the reports, an error saying, “Set user settings to driver failed” when they use the touchpad.
This type of error on the touchpad usually occurs when a computer boots up and it could be caused by a faulty update on the Alps pointing device driver which is being installed in the background. To fix this error on the touchpad, you could try to disable the Alps pointing device entry from the MSConfig or you could try to get the latest version of the driver or uninstall the driver altogether. Before you proceed with the troubleshooting tips given below, make sure that you create a System Restore point first. Once you have that covered, proceed to the following options.
Option 1 – Try disabling the entry of the Alps pointing device from MSConfig
This first given option was able to fix the problem for many users so to get started, follow these steps:
In the Start Search box, type “MSConfig” and select System Configuration from the search results.
Next, go to the Services tab and look for the Alps pointing device entry from the list that appears, and uncheck it.
Then click the Apply and OK buttons to save the changes made.

Option 2 – Try to download and install the latest version of the driver
The next option you can check out to fix the error is to download and install the latest version of the driver from the official website of Lenovo support. Note that an updated version of the touchpad driver will most likely get rid of the error. However, you have to make sure that the version you’re going to get is compatible with your existing Windows version.
Option 3 – Try to uninstall the Alps Pointing device driver
If the first two given options didn’t work, you can try uninstalling the Alps Pointing-device driver instead. You can do this under the Mice and other pointing devices section. After you uninstall the driver, restart your computer and delete the driver’s leftover folder inside this location in File Explorer (C:/Program Files). Once you’re done, restart your computer and check if the error is now gone. Keep in mind that after you’ve uninstalled the driver, any extra configuration features that Lenovo drivers offered before the uninstallation will no longer be available.
