When files are moved to other volumes, or if you create a new file in an encrypted folder, File Explorer encrypts those files automatically.”

• Now select one of the radio buttons below depending on your preference:
  • Not Configured or Disabled: Enable Auto Encrypt of files moved to EFS Encrypted folders.
  • Enabled: Disable Auto Encrypt of files moved to EFS Encrypted folders.

• After the command has been executed, this will reinstall the Shell Experience components and should fix the problem with the taskbar.

• First, boot your computer into Safe Mode.

• Type in MSC into the box and tap Enter or click OK to open the Device Manager.
