Option 5 – Reinstall the keyboard driver

1. Turn off your computer.

It is possible that what causes a barrier between your operating system and your hard drive from communicating is the SATA cable used. 1. Click ‘Start’ and type in View Installed Updates. The “View installed updates” icon should appear. Click the icon.

2. Go to the Search bar (Top right portion) then type the patch name for your system.
