Option 3 – Try checking Services Dependencies

Option 5 – Try running the System File Checker

System File Checker or SFC is a built-in command utility that helps in restoring corrupted files as well as missing files. • Tap Win + R to launch Run.
• Type in cmd in the field and tap Enter.

Option 2 – Try to add a user to the Security group

• In the Start Search, type “secpol.msc” in the field and tap Enter to open the Local Security Policy panel.
• From there, go to User Rights Assignment.

• If you were not able to find the Remote Desktop Users under Administrator, then you have to add it by simply clicking on the Add User or Group button.
