What is Windows 10X

Windows 10X is a new version of Windows that has been built from the ground up for new PCs and will begin shipping on hardware in 2021. • Restart your PC. After that, your computer will be in an unlicensed state so you need to re-enter the product key again.

Option 4 – Try rebuilding the Tokens.dat file.
