Manage your library via Collections

Once the collection is created other games can be added to it simply just by dragging it into the desired collection.

Make shelves

Shelves are ways to see your collections in the larger areas of the Steam clients. By clicking Add Shelf>Choose a Shelf, you can now add your collection to a shelf on the larger part of the client as a horizontal scrolling container with your chosen games. Hide Game from Library

By right-clicking on a game and selecting Manage>Hide This Game you will remove the game from the active view of your Steam library. Thus, if you want to keep viewing the most used apps, just re-enable the app launch tracking feature if you have disabled it.

Option 2 – Turn off or turn on app launch tracking via Windows Registry

Before you proceed, make sure to create a System Restore point
  • Tap the Win + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
  • Then type “Regedit” in the field and hit Enter or click OK to open the Registry Editor.
  • Next, navigate to the following path:

  • After that, right-click on the Advanced folder and then click on New to create a new 32-bit DWORD value.
  • Name the newly created DWORD as “Start TrackProgs” and set its value to “1” to enable the app launch tracking feature.
  • If you want to disable the app launch feature, set “0” as the value instead of 1.
  • Now click OK and restart your computer.
Take note that you still have to create a 32-bit DWORD value even if you are using a 64-bit Windows computer.

The first thing to know is that the deep and dark web is not the same thing and they coexist separately from one another, you could say that beneath the deep web lies the dark web, yet another layer of the internet. So let us explore first the deep web. What is exactly a deep web?

Deep web, hidden web, or invisible web

as sometimes referenced are part of worldwide web not indexed by search engines, meaning that engines do not basically see and index content of deep web sites. The content of the deep web is hidden behind HTTP forms and includes many very common uses such as webmail, online banking, private or otherwise restricted access social-media pages and profiles, some web forums that require registration for viewing content, and services that users must pay for, and which are protected by paywalls, such as video on demand and some online magazines and newspapers. The content of the deep web can be located and accessed by a direct URL or IP address but may require a password or other security access to get past public website pages. While it is not always possible to directly discover a specific web server's content so that it may be indexed, a site potentially can be accessed indirectly (due to computer vulnerabilities). To discover content on the web, search engines use web crawlers that follow hyperlinks through known protocol virtual port numbers. This technique is ideal for discovering content on the surface web but is often ineffective at finding deep web content. For example, these crawlers do not attempt to find dynamic pages that are the result of database queries due to the indeterminate number of queries that are possible. It has been noted that this can be (partially) overcome by providing links to query results, but this could unintentionally inflate the popularity of a member of the deep web.

Dark WEB

The dark web is the World Wide Web content that exists on darknets: overlay networks that use the Internet but require specific software, configurations, or authorization to access. Through the dark web, private computer networks can communicate and conduct business anonymously without divulging identifying information, such as a user's location. The dark web forms a small part of the deep web, the part of the Web not indexed by web search engines, although sometimes the term deep web is mistakenly used to refer specifically to the dark web. The darknets which constitute the dark web include small, friend-to-friend peer-to-peer networks, as well as large, popular networks such as Tor, Freenet, I2P, and Riffle operated by public organizations and individuals. Users of the dark web refer to the regular web as Clearnet due to its unencrypted nature. The Tor dark web or Onionland uses the traffic anonymization technique of onion routing under the network's top-level domain suffix .onion.

Dark & Deep WEB difference

The dark web has often been conflated with the deep web, the parts of the web not indexed (searchable) by search engines. The dark web forms a small part of the deep web but requires custom software in order to access its content. This confusion dates back to at least 2009. Since then, especially in reporting on Silk Road, the two terms have often been conflated, despite recommendations that they should be distinguished. Darknet websites are accessible only through networks such as Tor ("The Onion Routing" project) and I2P ("Invisible Internet Project"). Tor browser and Tor-accessible sites are widely used among darknet users and can be identified by the domain ".onion". While Tor focuses on providing anonymous access to the Internet, I2P specializes in allowing anonymous hosting of websites. Identities and locations of darknet users stay anonymous and cannot be tracked due to the layered encryption system. The darknet encryption technology routes users' data through a large number of intermediate servers, which protects the users' identity and guarantees anonymity. Fix Boot Device Not Found 3F0 Error
Today we will be solving the Device not found 3F0 error which is a common error, especially among HP (HP Pavilion G6), Lenovo, Acer, and Dell laptops/desktops. This error occurs when the computer is turned ON and when the system is about to boot. It can happen on windows 7,  8, or 10. When a mentioned error occurs one of the following messages will be displayed on your screen:
  • “No bootable device – insert boot disk and press any key”
  • “No Boot Device Found. Press any key to reboot the machine”
  • “Boot Device Not Found. Please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard Disk (3FO)”
  • “No boot device is available”

The most common reasons for 3F0 error to occur is:

  • Using the unbootable device or disk to boot from.
  • If the bootable hard drive you are using might have corrupted or damaged somehow.
  • MBR or boot sector is damaged on the bootable hard drive.
  • If your system has gone through a virus or malware attack.
  • The wrong boot order in the BIOS.
  • Hard disk connection problem.
  • System files or boot files unknowingly damaged.
  • Corrupt hard drive partitions.
Now all of these being said let us go through some of the solutions and fix this dreaded error in order to get your computer back in working order:

1: Change Boot Order


This is well, the most simple solution and the easiest one, try to change the boot sequence in the BIOS settings of your motherboard. Sometimes most easier solutions can provide great results and solve our problems. If sadly this fails and the issue persists move to the next solution.

2: Perform a Hard Reset


Performing hard reset can often solve issues, to perform a hard reset do the following:
  • Turn off the computer and unplug the power adapter. If there is a removable battery, it should also be removed.
  • Then disconnect all peripherals, including the removable hard drive, etc.

  • Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to drain all remaining power.
  • Insert the battery, and then re-plug the AC adapter into the laptop.
  • Press the power button to turn on the computer.
  • Once the computer starts up properly and the startup menu appears, use the arrow keys to select “Start Windows normally” and then press Enter.
Reconnect everything back of your peripherals. If by any chance problem still persists follow the next step:

3: Test Hard Drive Using HP Diagnostic Tool

  • Turn on your computer and keep pressing the Esc key until the menu appears on the screen.
  • Next, press the F2 key.

4: Restore BIOS Default Settings


  • Press the Power button to start the computer, and immediately after this, repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
  • To load and restore BIOS Setup Default settings, press F9 on the BIOS setup menu.
  • Once loaded, press F10 to Save and Exit.
  • Select yes, and then press Enter when it says Exit Saving Changes.

5: Reconnect Your Hard Drive


  • Turn the computer off and remove the power cable.
  • If you have a removable battery, take it out
  • Disconnect your hard drive and then connect it back.
  • Reassemble your computer and turn the computer on to see if it fixed the issue.

6: Fix and Rebuild Damaged MBR


  • Boot from the original installation DVD (or the recovery USB)
  • At the Welcome screen, click Repair your computer.

  • Prepare a Windows installation disc, CD/DVD or USB flash drive and connect it to your PC.
  • During the installation process, launch Command Prompt.
  • In Windows 7, under the System Recovery Options tab, click Startup Repair.
  • In Windows 8 and Windows 10, click Repair your computer, then select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Automatic Repair (Windows 8) or Startup Repair (Windows 10).

    • Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    • exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

If you see Change brightness automatically when lighting changes, uncheck that as well. Close the settings and you are good to go, now brightness will always be as set in settings.

Inside Windows 10, go to Settings and then go to System and then in Display under the Brightness and Color section look below and locate the box that says Automatically adjust contrast based on the displayed content to help improve battery and uncheck it, if the box below with text Change brightness automatically when lighting changes exists, uncheck it as well. Close settings and you are done.
