However, there are instances when you’ll get an error message saying, “The .NET Framework 4.7 is not supported on this operating system” while trying to install the .NET Framework as a standalone service. Although the .Net Framework is supported on Windows 10, it is not actually compatible with some other Windows 10 versions.
