Another way to resolve this is by disabling the feature TCP Fast Open on Microsoft Edge. To disable this, go ahead and follow the steps below:

1. Open the Microsoft Edge browser.
2. Type in about: flags on the Address (URL) bar.
3. Under Networking, uncheck the Enable TCP Fast Open.
4. Close your Microsoft Edge browser and open a new one.

Windows 10 keeps all these files locked under the account by default which created a folder or file. So unless a user is an admin or if the file belongs to that particular user, other users won’t be able to access or edit the file. Step 1: First, you need to open File Explorer by tapping the Win + E keys. Once you’ve opened it, navigate to the folder or file that you want to change the ownership.
