Solution 1:
- Go to the ‘Tools’ tab and select ‘Accounts’
- As you click on the accounts tab, an internet accounts box will appear on the screen
- Now double click on the account property box.
- After that go to the server tab and click it.
- Now check on the box that says ‘My Server Requires Authentication.’
