Open Steam from your Desktop or by searching for it in the Start menu.
After opening the Steam client, go to the Library tab in the Steam window and then look for the Rust entry from the list.
Next, right-click on the game’s icon in the library and select Properties.
Now go to the Local Files tab under Properties and click the Browse Local Files button.
From there, look for BattlEye, EasyAntiCheat, or PunkBuster folder depending on the game, and then double click on it to open the folder.
Then right-click on EasyAntiCheat_setup.exe or the BattlEye installed file in the folder or PunkBuster and select the Run as administrator option.
Exit the Steam client by clicking Steam > Exit from the menu located at the top.

There could be several reasons why this error happens from user mistakes, corrupted files, bad installation, and even bad RAM memory. Reinstall application
If you are receiving Downloader.dll not found when trying to run just a single certain application, reinstall the application, there is the possibility that the application has somehow corrupted downloader.dll during the installation process. Reinstalling might fix the problem.
Run SFC scan
SFC scan is the tool meant to scan all files and fix any corrupted ones. To run this tool, open the command prompt in administrator mode by right-clicking on the windows start button and then left-clicking on the command prompt (admin). When you are in command prompt type in SFC /scannow and let the whole process finish.
Update device driver
If previous steps have not provided results, go to device manager and visually check is there a device with an exclamation or other sign next to it, if there is, right-click on it and choose update driver.
Microsoft Designer, a new application developed by Microsoft will bring design backed with DALL-E 2, an AI image creation open-source software. Use of the application will be by typing headings and then typing text into the prompt to generate a background image. Since Microsoft uses DALL-E 2 for image creation output should be fairly good but if you wish you will be able to use your own images instead of using AI to generate one.
The designer will be a free application once it is ready and it already has a web preview version, also free but with a waitlist. There will be premium features inside the app once it is released that will be available to Microsoft 365 Personal and Family subscribers. Microsoft also wants to add a version of a designer directly to the Edge browser as well.

Finding files via File Explorer can be a really slow and tedious process and if you are searching often it can accumulate a lot of time loss.
I am a person which often has assets for projects in several different folders and altho I am trying my best to be tidy and organized sometimes I can not remember where I have placed certain assets that I need, in this case in order for me to find a required asset I usually search it via command prompt because it is lightning fast and gives results in second not minutes compared to File Explorer.
If you are in a similar position and you need fast results please read on as we dive deeper into the command prompt and its usage.
To quickly open the command prompt press ⊞ WINDOWS + X to bring Windows secret menu and choose the command prompt, you can also choose the admin version but for sake of this specific task, there is no difference.
in the command prompt you need to type the next command:
dir \search term* /s
where search term* is well, what are you searching for.
Now if you are looking for a specific file this command is straightforward, you just change search term* with file_name.extension and there you go, but know that this command can be used to be more powerful, for example, you can find all JPG files in your drive by typing dir \*.jpg /s or all files named work by typing dir \work.* /s
" * " is a so-called joker sign, it replaces several characters with any in a given string, meaning that dr*s will give you all results with the first 2 letters dr and last one s. Use this to specify better search results and you will get your files in no time.
