• After you access the Advanced Startup options, select Command Prompt by using the arrow keys on your keyboard.
• After opening Command Prompt, execute the following command and hit Enter:

bootrec /fixboot

• After entering the command, wait until the process is completed and then restart your computer to apply the changes made successfully.

By default inside Windows 11 in File Explorer, once the file is selected, the small check box will appear beside it on left indicating visually that the file is selected. 1. Open File Explorer (if you do not have an icon on your Taskbar, right-click on the Start button and select File Explorer from the menu)

4. Uncheck Item Check Boxes

Blocking manually via host file

Another method besides mentioned one using the dedicating application is to manually set site addresses inside the Windows host file. The first thing, of course, is to open the host file, run a notepad with administrator privileges, go to file open, and navigate to c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts.
