The MP4 MIME-type is a video type that is mainly configured in IIS or Internet Information console. • Now double click on the icon with the label “MIME Types”.

• Then type “.mp4” in the File Name Extension field and enter “video/mp4” in the textbox of the MIME Type.
• Click the OK button to save the changes made. This should fix the “Unsupported video type or invalid file path” error on your Windows 10 computer.

Step 3 – Reset your browsers:

Mozilla Firefox

• Open Firefox and click the icon that looks like three stacked lines located at the top-right section of the browser.
• Next, select the question mark icon from the drop-down menu.
• Then select “Troubleshooting information” from the slide-out menu.
• After that, click on the “Reset Firefox” button located at the top-right section of the newly opened web page.
• Now select “Reset Firefox” in the confirmation pop-up window that appears.

Google Chrome

• Open Google Chrome, then tap the Alt + F keys.

• After clicking the Advanced option, go to the “Restore and clean up option and click on the “Restore settings to their original defaults” option to reset Google Chrome.

Internet Explorer

• Next, click the wrench icon for Settings.
• Then click Internet Options.
• After that, go to the Advanced tab.
• From there, click the Reset button. This will reset Internet Explorer’s settings to their default condition.

   Safe mode for Windows loads only its core without drivers and with minimal services. If you can boot into safe mode then the issue is with some application or driver causing the problem. Try the selective boot option to eliminate what is causing the error.

4. Make sure your hardware is connected

   Some RAM or hard drive out of socket can cause Windows not to be able to boot, check all connections just in case.

• Do not close the window if the process takes a while as it will probably take a few minutes to finish.

Option 3 – Try performing a System Restore

Running System Restore can also help you bring back the system files. You can do this option either by booting into Safe Mode or in System Restore. If you are already in the Advanced Startup Options, just directly select System Restore and proceed with the next steps. And if you have just booted your PC into Safe Mode, refer to the steps below.

• Tap the Win + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
• After that, type in “sysdm.cpl” in the field and tap Enter.
• Next, go to the System Protection tab then click the System Restore button. This will open a new window where you have to select your preferred System Restore point.
• After that, follow the on-screen instructions to finish the process and then restart your computer and check if the problem is fixed or not.

Option 4 – Try to run Automatic or Startup Repair

Startup Repair, previously known as Automatic Repair, is an advanced tool in Windows that can help you diagnose various system issues, including this one. This tool will scan system files, configuration settings, registry settings, and so on in order to fix the problem on its own. To run Startup Repair, all you have to do is boot into the Advanced Startup Options and then go to Troubleshoot > Advanced option > Startup Repair and then run it. Note: Once you have access to the Advanced Startup options, you have to go to the setting which allows you to Reset your Windows 10 PC. All you have to do is select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC to reach the following screen Afterward, select either the “Keep my files” option and then proceed to the next on-screen instructions that follow to reset your Windows 10 computer without losing your files.

Error 1753 - What is it?

Error 1753 is an RPC endpoint mapper error code. This code is typically displayed as "EPT_S_NOT_REGISTERED" or sometimes as the hexadecimal value 0x6D9.  Error 1735 indicates that there are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper. To understand this better, basically, RPC is an inter-process communication (IPC) method. This is used by clients and servers for communication purposes. RPC is used by programs to execute programs on a server computer. The perfect example of this is Microsoft Outlook. You communicate with Microsoft Exchange Server using RPC. This enables you to send and receive emails. When you use Microsoft Outlook to send emails, your computer sends a message to the server computer in an obscure coding. The server responds to your computer with another message that contains the results of the executed program. This is all being carried at the backend of the running program. Integral to this is the endpoint. The endpoint includes the name, port, or a group of ports on a computer that is monitored by the server for incoming client requests.
