Option 1 – Uninstall the VPN service you are using or use a different provider

If you are using a VPN service, you might want to uninstall it. As mentioned, website administrator blocks IP ranges if they notice any malicious activities and because of this, your IP address might fall into the banned range even if you didn’t do anything at all. • Open Command Prompt with admin privileges.
• After opening Command Prompt, execute the following command and hit Enter:

chkdsk /f /r

• Wait for the process to be completed and then restart your computer.

Be sure to enter the command as it is written above, with a space between “sfc” and “/scannow”. Wait until the scan is complete. Option 5 – Use the Group Policy Editor

• Tap the Win + R keys to open the Run dialog box and then type “gpedit.msc” in the field and tap Enter to open the Group Policy Editor.

• Double click on the “Allow delegating default credentials with NTLM-only server authentication” policy setting located on the right pane to edit it.

  • “Allow delegating default credentials”
  • “Allow delegating saved credentials”
  • “Allow delegating saved credentials with NTLM-only server authentication”
