Step 1: Scan for Viruses and Spyware

Step 2: Download and Install a Registry Cleaner

After you scan for viruses, you should now download and install a registry cleaner. This is needed because an antivirus does not detect corrupt registry entries. To detect such entries, the registry cleaner tool is the best. After you download a registry cleaner on your system, click the scan button. • A prompt will then appear that says, “Are you sure you want to remove this account? This will remove your access to resources like email, apps, network, and all content associated with it. Your organization might also remove some data stored on this device”. Just click on Yes.
• This will give you a Disconnect from the organization prompt.
• Now click on Disconnect and select Restart now to restart your computer. This will complete the removal process of the domain.

“Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.”

To run the SFC command, follow the steps given below.

• Type “cmd” in the Start search and then right-click on the appropriate search result.
• Next, select “Run as administrator” to open Command Prompt with admin privileges.
• After opening Command Prompt, type in sfc /scannow
