• From there, go to the Troubleshoot option located on the left-hand side of the list.

2. Go to the location where you had the file downloaded
3. Right-click on file
4. Click on Run as administrator
5. On the permission box, click YES

Disable antivirus and/or firewall software

Antivirus or firewall software can sometimes interfere with Windows’s update and prevent for any reason download or installation of files they consider not safe.
